Out of School Assignments

Many parents ask the question ‘How can I help my child at home?’ Parents of new starters in the reception year will be given information sheets which give ideas about helping their child at home. 

Children bring home books to ‘share’ or read with an adult. A parent is asked to ensure that during the time books are at home the child treats them with care.

Older children are given assignments to complete at home as and when appropriate.
