At Cullercoats Primary, we use an electronic communication system to inform parents of events happening in school. 

Using the smartphone app or website, parents can...

• Contact the school office via text message
• Book and pay for breakfast and after school club
• Book extra-curricular clubs e.g. football club, choir
• Receive letters via email more reliably and promptly
• Give consent for trips and offer to be a volunteer
• Pay for trips and activities via credit or debit card
• view school trip/activity balances online and top them up as and when required.

The school will use the email address and mobile number that we hold for your child/ren on our database. It is extremely important that if you change your contact details you let the school office know as soon as possible.
